1. Business Information

Love Language is a UK-based therapy service run as a sole trader. We offer:

• Online therapy sessions

• Downloadable resources focused on emotional wellbeing and relationship growth

2. Services We Offer

Through this website, you can:

• Book virtual therapy sessions with a qualified practitioner
• Read relationship advice and emotional wellbeing blog content
• Receive downloadable tools by signing up via email

All therapy sessions are held online via Google Meet.

3. Payments & Booking

Payments are processed securely through WooCommerce. We accept major payment methods including:

• Credit and debit cards
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive a link to schedule your session via Google Appointment Bookings.

All services depend on therapist availability and professional discretion.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel a session with at least 48 hours’ notice to receive a full refund.

If you purchase a multi-session package (e.g. 5 sessions), you may request a partial refund for unused sessions.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

5. Important Disclaimer

Love Language provides therapeutic support for individuals and couples seeking emotional clarity and connection.

However, our services do not replace medical advice, psychiatric treatment, or crisis intervention.

If you’re in crisis, please contact emergency services or a mental health helpline in your area.

6. Eligibility

Therapy services are available to adults aged 18 and over.
We do not offer therapy for minors at this time.

7. Use of Content

You’re welcome to share our blog content for personal or promotional use — as long as you credit Love Language.

Downloadable materials (e.g. PDFs and worksheets) are for personal use only. You may not redistribute, edit, or sell these resources.

8. Email & Data Use

By signing up for resources or services, you agree to receive occasional emails. These may include:

• Blog updates
• Offers and promotions

We are ICO registered and fully comply with UK GDPR.

We never sell your data. Your information is used solely to improve your experience with Love Language.
